Ball Colors:
The base color is white + translucent, and you can customize your order by adding up to three accent colors to match your desired theme!
Footprint:
Please allocate a flat and level space measuring 12ft x 12ft for the ball pit, and an additional 4ft of clearance behind the ball pit for the slide. We kindly ask that the area be free of dirt, sand, mulch, gravel, and any uneven or inclined surfaces, as we are unable to set up in these conditions.
Balloons and decals are not included. If you need help finding a vendor, just let us know and we’ll be happy to provide a referral
What to Know
Reserving Your Date
To secure your desired date, time, and package, we require a 50% non-refundable retainer.
Equipment Protection
For the protection of our equipment, we kindly ask that you refrain from using face paint, henna tattooing, or airbrush art in or around our setup area. These may cause permanent staining, and regrettably, we are unable to book events where they will be present.
To ensure your event is a success, we kindly advise that our setup location be free from dirt, gravel, sand, mulch, rocks, or uneven surfaces.
Inclement Weather
We strive to make your event memorable and fun, and unfortunately, inclement weather can put a damper on things. In the event of rain or other inclement weather forecasted on your event date, we will credit your booking which can be applied to a future, available date. Please note that weather cancellations are made at our discretion. We highly recommend having a backup plan in place for inclement weather.
