To secure your desired date, time, and package, we require a 50% non-refundable retainer.
Inclement Weather
We strive to make your event memorable and fun, and unfortunately, inclement weather can put a damper on things. In the event of rain or other inclement weather forecasted on your event date, we will credit your booking which can be applied to a future, available date. Please note that weather cancellations are made at our discretion and dependent on the specific party decor and extra product. We highly recommend having a backup plan in place for inclement weather.
